The Annual Holiday Lighting Ceremony returns to Washington Park in Downtown Sandusky on Friday, November 25th. The Holiday Lighting Ceremony is organized by the Sandusky Community Celebrations Council and is sponsored by Firelands Credit Union.

SANTA WILL ARRIVE AT APPROXIMATELY 6:30 P.M.

The following events will take place in the park after Santa arrives
7:00 p.m. performance: Sandusky High School Keynotes and Bell Choir- Director Carrie Hill-Leech. inside RCAAS (Adams), Enter Columbus Avenue doors/ ramp.

Free Refreshments and cookies: Served by the Salvation Army at the corner of Columbus Avenue and Washington Streets

Merry-Go-Round Museum- 5:00-8:00pm. FREE ADMISSION to the museum and $1 carousel rides

Follett House- 6:00-8:00 p.m. Visit the museum free of charge and see the Holiday Splendor!

Vendors available to purchase food items: Gyro Cart, Kelli’s Kettle Corn, The Red Popcorn Wagon, Gram’s Goodies, SHS Band Parents, Funnel Cakes

Dick and Linda Howell for will bring Santa to Sandusky on Friday evening with their 1933 Plymouth, rumble Seat Roadster. This original car has participated twice in the Great American Cross-Country Race and then underwent a full restoration. Now retired from racing, it is just driven and enjoyed.
