The primary duties and responsibilities of all officers within the Sandusky Department are the protection of life and property; to protect the innocent against deception, the weak against oppression or intimidation, and the peaceful against violence or disorder; and to respect the Constitutional rights of all by safeguarding liberty, equality and justice.  Community policing and interaction with those that we serve has become a key component of the strategic plan for our department.  We are here to serve our citizens, visitors and those that work within the city of Sandusky.  The police profession is a noble and honorable calling that requires integrity, honesty, dedication and a commitment to serve our community. We hold the values of pride, professionalism, accountability, and respect with utmost importance.  If I can be of assistance to you, feel free to contact me.
